This policy explains how Sistema Legal Advocats, C.B. processes the personal data of people who contact the firm through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process
Through the contact form we collect your full name, phone number, email address, the area of your enquiry, your preferred contact method and the content of your message. We also process the data you provide if you email or call us directly.
Please do not include special category data (for example, health data) or confidential details of your matter in the form. If necessary, we will discuss them at a meeting subject to professional secrecy.

We do not use your data to send you advertising and we do not carry out profiling.
4. Retention period
We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to deal with it and for a maximum of one year from the last communication if no professional relationship begins. If one does, we will keep the data for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law or while liabilities may arise.
5. Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. We use service providers that process data on the firm's behalf as data processors, under the contracts required by article 28 GDPR:
- Formspree, Inc. (United States): receiving and forwarding contact form messages.
- Google (Google Workspace): the firm's email.
- Web hosting provider: technical storage of the pages and access logs.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@sistemalegal.es or to the postal address above, with proof of your identity.
If you consider that we have not handled your rights correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Minors
Children under 14 may not provide us with personal data through this website without the consent of their parents or guardians.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The version published on this page is always the current one. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
